How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare trade documents, prevent spam, improve the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and rights

We retain records only as long as needed for the enquiry, trade relationship and applicable law. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal retention obligations. This policy follows UAE PDPL and GDPR principles.
